# 查看表单操作记录

> 当需要查看表单的操作记录，追踪修改历史时，可使用表单日志功能。

点击右上角的账号头像，进入「 个人中心——日志——[表单操作日志](https://jinshuju.net/profile/history) 」，可以查看字段以及表单的删除记录：

金数据只记录你对表单的重大操作，如删除表单、删除字段、解绑插件。删除表单/字段意味着表单数据的丢失，所以「 请谨慎执行删除操作 」。
