# NPS 字段

> NPS 全称 Net Promoter Score（净推荐值）。通过询问用户向朋友或同事推荐你公司、品牌、产品或服务的可能性，衡量用户的忠诚度。

根据愿意推荐的程度让用户在 0\~10 之间进行打分，然后根据得分情况来建立用户忠诚度的 3 个范畴：

* **推荐型**（得分在 9－10 之间）：具有狂热忠诚度，会继续购买并引见给其他人。

* **被动型**（得分在 7－8 之间）：总体满意但并不狂热，将会考虑其他竞争对手的产品。

* **批评型**（得分在 0－6 之间）：使用并不满意或者对你的公司没有忠诚度。
